Good synthesis of observation of practices which spark off relevant theories for reflection.
The testimonies offer a true display of "concepts" and analysis of literature.
Very good general education on the wholesome achievements of corporate universities supported by "best practices" very relevant and much documented. Good methods and tools (grid for action plan + success criteria). The figures given were very interesting!
